Known Issues in COMET

This is a list of some of the issues/bugs we identified in COMET and are currently working on fixing. We keep this page updated to help you stay informed on the current status of COMET functionalities.

  1. Minor calculation errors in the total bills for Participants assigned to Graduated Tariffs.

  2. Participants receiving total bills greater than their remaining Cash Box balance unable to pay bills partially (cash box reset to zero).

  3. Total bills for Programmed Loads assigned to Prepaid Tariffs sometimes show as zero.

  4. Some delay might be observed in real-time notifications related to Licenses or Project Collaboration.

  5. Operator’s user Interface languages other than English are not completely translated.
